Black History Gentle Yoga Flow for Youth

40 minute at home gentle yoga flow with Soraya to watch and practice at any time. This flow was created in February 2024 and incorporates affirmations from Nyasia Williams' "I Affirm Me" deck and Black history facts intersecting with yoga. This flow is also open to all young people and adults. 

Note: this class was recorded at home without whereas the ones to come will be recorded with equipment in studio. I am testing out digital products and had prepared this class wanting to make it accessible cost wise as well.
